A no-brainer solution to battling depression is by doing things that make you feel good. If you wish to eat your favorite dessert at once, go ahead. Your body will be grateful for it as it will discharge positive and happy chemicals.

Cakes may be regarded as evil especially when you are in diet. But giving into the temptation every so often isn\’t all bad. Not only is it not completely bad, it is also good for you now and then. So go ahead and dig in. Sink your teeth into the soft, succulent dark chocolate cake that you know you can\’t resist. You would be glad that you gave in.
